JGC was engaged by the landowner to investigate the land, its potential for further development and the most appropriate way to undertake this. As a result a report was produced that considered all relevant matters and made recommendations regarding the future of the land. Matters that required consideration included a heritage overlay that covered the entire land, most appropriate subdivision of the land to protect the historical integrity of the dwelling and a planning scheme amendment to review the heritage overlay.
