JGC acted for a landowner group in making a submission on their behalf regarding an outline development plan. The plan was prepared in order to establish the residential future of an urban growth area. The entire land area was in the order of 240ha and the landowner group hold in excess of 60% of the land area.

The submission considered many documents and involved consultation with the landowner group, Council and its consultant, and the servicing authorities.
