JGC has been engaged as the lead consultant by the landowner of an existing 40 room motel located on approximately 5000m2 to manage the approval process for the sites redevelopment. As a result of the engagement JGC are liaising with the designer, land surveyor, engineer and the like in relation to the proposal.

The proposal will establish 18 dwellings on the land that is in close proximity to the CBD of Mildura.
